By using Penguin Edit ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any mathematical processes or privacy boundaries we have established, please do not use the tool.
2. Nature of the Service
Penguin Edit provides a technical utility designed to help users accurately crop, remove backgrounds, and position images on various document sizes (A4, 4x6, etc.).
No Official AffiliationOur layout engine is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially certified by any government agency, embassy, or official passport/visa issuing authority.
Use at Your Own RiskWhile we strive to provide accurate dimensional sizing (e.g., exactly 2x2 inches for passports), the ultimate responsibility for ensuring a photo complies with specific official requirements (lighting, background color, specific millimeter sizing) lies entirely with the user. We are not liable for rejected visa/passport applications or wasted printing costs.
3. User Conduct
You agree to only upload images you have the legal right to use and modify. Do not abuse our AI background removal endpoint with automated scripts or malicious payloads.
4. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Service (or any specific layout dimensions) at any time without notice.
